When booking home nursing care, we collect only necessary data:

• Identity & Contact: Patient name, age, gender, primary family guardian name, contact phone number, and residential address in Gurugram.
• Clinical Records: Hospital discharge summaries, doctor prescriptions, current medications, vital sign history, allergy reports, and diagnostic scans.
• Treatment Logs: Daily nursing vital logs (blood pressure, blood sugar, pulse, oxygen saturation, temperature) recorded by our deployed nurse.

3. Use of Health Data

Your medical data is used exclusively to deliver accurate nursing care, coordinate with treating physicians, administer doctor-prescribed medications safely, and generate transparent invoices. We never sell, rent, or commercialize patient records under any circumstances.

4. Nursing & Attendant Staff Confidentiality Code

All RATH nurses and care attendants sign strict non-disclosure and patient privacy agreements. They are strictly prohibited from photographing patients, sharing residential details, or discussing medical diagnoses outside the treating clinical team.
